103B Effect of attorney's decision on third parties A person dealing with an attorney acting under an enduring power of attorney in respect of any matter within the power of attorney— (a) does not have to inquire about the concurrence or otherwise of the donor or any other person; and (b) is not affected by notice that the donor or any other person has not concurred. Section 103B: inserted, on 25 September 2008, by section 18 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 90).
