108AAB Review of Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007 (1) The Minister of State for the time being responsible for senior citizens must, as soon as practicable, 5 years after the commencement of section 23 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007,— (a) review the effectiveness of the amendments to this Act made by the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007; and (b) consider whether any amendments to this Act are necessary or desirable; and (c) prepare a report on the findings. (2) The Minister must present a copy of the report to the House of Representatives no later than 6 years after the commencement of section 23 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 2007.
