113 Reference to Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Act 1912 and Part 7 of the Mental Health Act 1969 in other Acts Unless the context otherwise requires, in any other enactment, or in any regulation, rule, order, agreement, deed, instrument, application, or other document in force at the commencement of this Act every reference to the Aged and Infirm Persons Protection Act 1912 or Part 7 of the Mental Health Act 1969 shall hereafter be read as a reference to this Act.
