Section 15 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Orders by consent

15 Orders by consent On an application for the exercise of a Court's jurisdiction under this Part of this Act, the Court may make any order under section 10 or section 11 or section 12 or section 14 of this Act with the consent of each party to the proceedings, if the Court is satisfied that the person in respect of whom the application is made understands the nature and foresees the consequences of the order and consents to it.
