Section 35 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Property not to vest in manager

35 Property not to vest in manager The property of a person subject to a property order shall not vest in the manager, but the manager shall be entitled to the possession and management of so much of the property as the order applies to in accordance with the succeeding provisions of this Part of this Act.
