38 Powers of manager (1) A manager shall have all such rights and powers as the Court may confer on the manager in the property order, subject to any restrictions specified by the Court in the order. (2) A manager of the property of a person subject to a property order may apply to a Court for directions relating to the exercise of any of the manager's rights and powers. (3) Where a manager is, in accordance with this Act, authorised to make an application under section 122 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 to have a transmission registered, a District Land Registrar is authorised to accept such an application notwithstanding the fact that the manager is not the person claiming to be entitled to the estate or interest in land. Subsection (3) was inserted, as from 1 July 1994, by section 4 Protection of Personal and Property Rights Amendment Act 1994 (1994 No 54).
