4 Legal capacity of persons subject to orders under this Act Except as provided by or under this Act or any other enactment, the rights, privileges, powers, capacities, duties, and liabilities of any person subject to an order under this Act whether in a personal, official, representative, or fiduciary capacity, shall, for all the purposes of the law of New Zealand (whether substantive, procedural, evidential, or otherwise), be the same as those of any other person.
