48 Enforcement of manager's duty to prepare and file statements (1) Where a manager fails to file a statement in a Court when required to do so by section 45(2) of this Act, the Registrar of the Court shall draw the matter to the attention of a Judge, who may make an order directing the manager to remedy the default within such time as may be specified in the order. (2) An order made under subsection (1) of this section may provide that all costs of and incidental to the application shall be borne by the manager. (3) Nothing in this section shall limit or affect section 45(4) of this Act.
