Section 51 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Grants to Public Trustee

51 Grants to Public Trustee [Repealed] Section 51 was amended, as from 1 July 1995, by section 10(1) Department of Justice (Restructuring) Act 1995 (1995 No 39) by substituting the words “ Minister of the Crown who is responsible for the Department for Courts ” for the words “ Minister of Justice ” . It was further amended by substituting the words “ Department for Courts ” for the words “ Department of Justice ” . Section 51 was repealed, as from 1 March 2002, by section 170(1) Public Trust Act 2001 (2001 No 100). See clause 2 Public Trust Act Commencement Order 2002 (SR 2002/11).
