Section 67 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Objectives of pre-hearing conference

67 Objectives of pre-hearing conference The objectives of a pre-hearing conference shall be— (a) To identify the problem for which an order of the Court is sought; and (b) To reach agreement between the parties and the person in respect of whom the application is made on a solution for the problem.
