Section 77 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Evidence

77 Evidence In any proceedings under this Act, whether by way of hearing in the first instance or by way of appeal or otherwise, a court may receive any evidence that it thinks fit, whether it is otherwise admissible in a court of law or not.
