8 Primary objectives of Court in exercise of jurisdiction under this Part The primary objectives of a Court on an application for the exercise of its jurisdiction under this Part of this Act shall be as follows: (a) To make the least restrictive intervention possible in the life of the person in respect of whom the application is made, having regard to the degree of that person's incapacity: (b) To enable or encourage that person to exercise and develop such capacity as he or she has to the greatest extent possible.
