Section 88 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Procedure on review

88 Procedure on review On any application for the review of any personal order or property order, the provisions of sections 63 to 65 and 74 to 81 of this Act, so far as they are applicable and with any necessary modifications, shall apply.
