Section 89 — Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988: Review of welfare guardian's or manager's decisions

89 Review of welfare guardian's or manager's decisions (1) A person for whom a welfare guardian or a manager is acting, and any other person with the leave of the Court, may at any time apply to a Court to review any decision made by the welfare guardian or manager, and the Court may, if it thinks it reasonable to do so in all the circumstances, review the decision and make such order as it thinks fit. (2) An order made under subsection (1) of this section shall have effect according to its tenor.
