2 For the purpose of exercising the powers conferred by this Act, where appropriate, a manager may execute, give, and do all such assurances, notices, and things as the manager considers necessary for or reasonable incidental to the exercise of a power or the doing of an act or thing that the manager is authorised to exercise or do as a manager; and all assurances, notices, and things so executed, given, or done shall have the same force and effect as if executed, given, or done by the person who subject to a property order and as if the person had not been so subject.
