Section 101 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Protection of persons appearing, etc

101 Protection of persons appearing, etc (1) All parties, counsel, representatives, and witnesses in any proceedings before the Tribunal shall have and enjoy the same privileges and immunities as they would have had if the proceedings were held in a court. (2) The privileges and immunities referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall extend and apply to— (a) Every Tenancy Mediator in the exercise of any power or jurisdiction under any of the provisions of this Act; and (b) Any other person in respect of any dealings with any Tenancy Mediator.
