Section 103 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Reference of questions of law to High Court

103 Reference of questions of law to High Court The Tribunal may state a case for the opinion of the High Court on any question as to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal or on any question of law arising in proceedings before it; and for that purpose the Tribunal may either conclude the proceedings subject to that opinion, or adjourn the proceedings until after that opinion is given.
