Section 104 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Decision of Tribunal

104 Decision of Tribunal (1) The Tribunal shall give its final decision in any proceedings, together with its reasons for the decision, in writing. (2) The Tribunal shall provide both parties to the proceedings with a copy of its decision and its reasons for the decision, and with written notice of the rights of appeal (if any) against its decision, including any time limits on those rights.
