113 Tenancy Officers to provide assistance Every Tenancy Officer shall ensure that assistance is reasonably available from himself or herself or his or her staff to any person who seeks it in completing any forms required by this Act or any rules made under section 116 of this Act, or in doing anything in relation to the filing of an application or an appeal against an order of the Tribunal, or the enforcement of an order of the Tribunal.
