Section 119 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Appeal on questions of law to High Court

119 Appeal on questions of law to High Court (1) Any party to an appeal under section 117 of this Act who is dissatisfied with the decision of the District Court Judge as being erroneous in point of law may appeal to the High Court on that question of law. (2) Every appeal under this section shall be dealt with in accordance with the High Court Rules.
