Section 134A — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Method of payment

134A Method of payment Any amount that is, by virtue of any provision of this Act or of any order of the Tribunal, to be paid to the chief executive shall be paid by such method as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 140 of this Act. Section 134A was inserted, as from 1 May 1996, by section 49(1) Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 7).
