Section 141 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Schedule 1 may be amended by Order in Council

141 Schedule 1 may be amended by Order in Council The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council made on the advice of the Minister tendered after consultation with the Principal Tenancy Adjudicator, amend Schedule 1 to this Act by adding or omitting the name of any place. Section 141 was amended, as from 1 May 1996, by section 51 Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 7) by substituting the words “ Principal Tenancy Adjudicator ” for the words “ Chairman of the Tribunal ” .
