Section 144 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Repeals, revocations, and amendments

144 Repeals, revocations, and amendments (1) The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to this Act are hereby repealed. (2) The regulations specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby revoked. (3) The enactments specified in the first column of Schedule 4 to this Act are hereby amended in the manner indicated in the second column of that Schedule.
