Section 70 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Tenancy Adjudicators to be protected

70 Tenancy Adjudicators to be protected Every Tenancy Adjudicator, in the performance of the Tenancy Adjudicator's duties under this Act, shall have and enjoy the same protection as Justices of the Peace acting in their criminal jurisdiction have and enjoy under Part 7 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 .
