Section 86 — Residential Tenancies Act 1986: Filing of applications

86 Filing of applications (1) Proceedings before the Tribunal shall be commenced by the filing of an application in the prescribed form, together with the prescribed fee, (if any) with the appropriate office of the Tribunal. (2) The appropriate office of the Tribunal for the purpose of subsection (1) of this section is that which is nearest by the most practicable route to the residential premises to which the dispute relates.
