Section 104B — Resource Management Act 1991: Determination of applications for discretionary or non-complying activities

104B Determination of applications for discretionary or non-complying activities After considering an application for a resource consent for a discretionary activity or non-complying activity, a consent authority— (a) may grant or refuse the application; and (b) if it grants the application, may impose conditions under section 108 . Sections 104A to 104D were inserted, as from 1 August 2003, by section 44 Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 (2003 No 23). See sections 109 to 113 of that Act as to the transitional and savings provisions.
