107E Decision on application to undertake non-aquaculture activity in aquaculture management area (1) This section applies when a person applies for a coastal permit to undertake an activity in an aquaculture management area and the activity is not an aquaculture activity. (2) The consent authority may grant the permit only to the extent to which the activity is compatible with the aquaculture activities that may be undertaken in the aquaculture management area.
