151AA Part not to apply to applications to occupy coastal marine area This Part does not apply to applications for coastal permits to authorise the occupation of a coastal marine area. Section 151AA was inserted, as from 1 January 2005, by section 13 Resource Management Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 103).
