165AB Establishment of aquaculture management areas An area may be established as an aquaculture management area only in the following ways: (a) by being included in a regional coastal plan or proposed regional coastal plan in accordance with section 165C : (b) by becoming an aquaculture management area under section 44 or 45 of the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004. Section 165AB: inserted, on 28 September 2008, by section 9 of the Resource Management Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 95).
