Section 165F — Resource Management Act 1991: Offer of authorisations for activities other than aquaculture activities

165F Offer of authorisations for activities other than aquaculture activities A regional council may, by. public notice and in accordance with its regional coastal plan, offer authorisations for coastal permits for the occupation of space in the coastal marine area for activities other than aquaculture activities. Part 7A (comprising sections 165A to 165ZJ) was inserted, as from 1 January 2005, by section 20 Resource Management Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 103).
