Section 165ZC — Resource Management Act 1991: Regional council to notify chief executive of acceptance or adoption of request

165ZC Regional council to notify chief executive of acceptance or adoption of request As soon as practicable after accepting or adopting a request under clause 25 of Schedule 1, the regional council must notify the chief executive of— (a) the name of the person who requested the change; and (b) a description of the space that the request relates to. Part 7A (comprising sections 165A to 165ZJ) was inserted, as from 1 January 2005, by section 20 Resource Management Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 103).
