Section 165ZD — Resource Management Act 1991: Notification of change

165ZD Notification of change When a change is notified under clause 5 or clause 26 of Schedule 1, the regional council must also include in the notice— (a) the name of the person who requested the change; and (b) a description of the space in the aquaculture management area out of which the person who requested the change is to receive an authorisation under section 165ZF , being 80% of the available space requested by the person. Part 7A (comprising sections 165A to 165ZJ) was inserted, as from 1 January 2005, by section 20 Resource Management Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 103).
