Section 210 — Resource Management Act 1991: Environment Court to hold inquiry

210 Environment Court to hold inquiry If one or more submissions are lodged with the Environment Court in accordance with section 209 , the Environment Court shall conduct a public inquiry in respect of the report to which the submissions relate. The words “ Environment Court ” were substituted, as from 2 September 1996, for the words “ Planning Tribunal ” pursuant to section 6(2)(a) Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
