Section 237F — Resource Management Act 1991: Compensation for taking of esplanade reserves or strips on allotments of 4 hectares or more

237F Compensation for taking of esplanade reserves or strips on allotments of 4 hectares or more Where any esplanade reserve or esplanade strip of any width is required to be set aside or created on an allotment of 4 hectares or more created when land is subdivided, the territorial authority shall pay to the registered proprietor of that allotment compensation for any esplanade reserve or any interest in land taken for any esplanade strip, unless the registered proprietor agrees otherwise. Sections 237A to 237G were inserted, as from 7 July 1993, by section 124 Resource Management Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 65).
