247 Planning Tribunal re-named Environment Court There shall continue to be a Court of record called the Environment Court which shall be the same Court as the Court called the Planning Tribunal immediately before the commencement of this section and which, in addition to the jurisdiction and powers conferred on it by or pursuant to this Act or any other Act, shall continue to have all the powers inherent in a Court of Record. Section 247 was substituted, as from 2 September 1996, by section 6(1) Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
