Section 275 — Resource Management Act 1991: Personal appearance or by representative

275 Personal appearance or by representative A person who has a right to appear or is allowed to appear before the Environment Court may appear in person or be represented by another person. The words “ Environment Court ” were substituted, as from 2 September 1996, for the words “ Planning Tribunal ” pursuant to section 6(2)(a) Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
