Section 276A — Resource Management Act 1991: Evidence of documents

276A Evidence of documents A copy of, or extract from, a policy statement or plan, certified to be a true copy by the principal administrative officer or by any other authorised officer of the relevant local authority, is admissible in evidence in legal proceedings to the same extent as the original document. Section 276A was inserted, as from 1 August 2003, by section 77 Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 (2003 No 23). See sections 109 to 113 of that Act as to the transitional and savings provisions.
