Section 284A — Resource Management Act 1991: Security for costs

284A Security for costs (1) The Environment Court does not have the power to order a party to give security for costs. (2) Subsection (1) overrides any other enactment relating to security for costs. Section 284A was inserted, as from 1 August 2003, by section 80 Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 (2003 No 23). See sections 109 to 113 of that Act as to the transitional and savings provisions.
