Section 286 — Resource Management Act 1991: Enforcing orders for costs

286 Enforcing orders for costs An order for costs made by the Environment Court may be filed in the District Court of the district named in the order and then becomes enforceable as a judgment of the District Court in its civil jurisdiction. The words “ Environment Court ” were substituted, as from 2 September 1996, for the words “ Planning Tribunal ” pursuant to section 6(2)(a) Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
