Section 288 — Resource Management Act 1991: Privileges and immunities

288 Privileges and immunities Witnesses and counsel appearing before the Environment Court have the same privileges and immunities as they have when they appear in the same capacity in proceedings in a District Court. The words “ Environment Court ” were substituted, as from 2 September 1996, for the words “ Planning Tribunal ” pursuant to section 6(2)(a) Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
