Section 304 — Resource Management Act 1991: Dismissal of appeal

304 Dismissal of appeal The High Court may dismiss an appeal if— (a) The appellant does not appear at the hearing of the appeal; or (b) The appellant does not proceed with the appeal with due diligence and another party applies to the Court to dismiss the appeal.
