Section 307 — Resource Management Act 1991: Date of hearing

307 Date of hearing When a party to an appeal notifies the Registrar of the High Court— (a) That the notice of appeal has been served on all parties to the proceedings; and (b) Either— (i) That no application has been lodged under section 303 ; or (ii) That any application lodged under section 303 has been complied with— the appeal is ready for hearing and the Registrar shall arrange a hearing date as soon as practicable. Section 307 was amended, as from 10 August 2005, by section 114 Resource Management Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 87) by omitting the words “ at Wellington ” . See sections 131 to 135 of that Act as to the transitional provisions.
