Section 343A — Resource Management Act 1991: Infringement offences

343A Infringement offences In sections 343B to 343D — Infringement fee , in relation to an infringement offence, means the amount fixed by regulations made under section 360(1)(bb) , as the infringement fee for the offence Infringement offence means an offence specified as such in regulations made under section 360(1)(ba) . Sections 343A to 343D were inserted, as from 2 September 1996, by section 18 Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
