Section 343B — Resource Management Act 1991: Commission of infringement offence

343B Commission of infringement offence Where any person is alleged to have committed an infringement offence, that person may either— (a) Be proceeded against for the alleged offence under the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 ; or (b) Be served with an infringement notice as provided for in section 343C . Sections 343A to 343D were inserted, as from 2 September 1996, by section 18 Resource Management Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 160).
