357B Right of objection in relation to imposition of additional charges or recovery of costs There is a right of objection,— (a) for a person required by a local authority to pay an additional charge under section 36(3) or costs under section 149B(2) , to the local authority in respect of that requirement: (b) for a person required by the Minister to pay costs under section 149B(3) or (4) , to the Minister in respect of that requirement. Sections 357A to 357D were inserted, as from 10 August 2005, by section 124 Resource Management Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 87). See sections 131 to 135 of that Act as to the transitional provisions.
