Section 364 — Resource Management Act 1991: Application of this Part

364 Application of this Part This Part shall have effect notwithstanding the repeal of the enactments specified in Schedule 6 , the revocation of the regulations and orders specified in Schedule 7 , and the amendment of the enactments specified in Schedule 8 .
