Section 36D — Resource Management Act 1991: Effect of joint management agreement

36D Effect of joint management agreement A decision made under a joint management agreement has effect as a decision of the local authority. Sections 36A to 36E were inserted, as from 10 August 2005, by section 18 Resource Management Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 87). See sections 131 to 135 of that Act as to the transitional provisions.
