401 Conditions of deemed resource consents Where the conditions of any permission that is deemed to be a resource consent by virtue of any of sections 383 to 387 , or of any mining privilege that is a deemed permit under section 413 , provide that a Minister of the Crown, a local authority, or any other person may exercise any powers or discretions in relation to the permission (other than as the holder thereof), from the date of commencement of this Act those powers or discretions shall be exercised by the appropriate consent authority and not by the Minister, local authority, or person.
