Section 410 — Resource Management Act 1991: Existing developments

410 Existing developments Parts 20 and 21 of the Local Government Act 1974 shall continue to apply to any development that, before the commencement of this Act, is notified to a territorial authority under section 293(1) of the Local Government Act 1974 as if this Act had not been enacted.
