Section 43G — Resource Management Act 1991: Incorporation of material by reference in national environmental standards

43G Incorporation of material by reference in national environmental standards A national environmental standard may incorporate material by reference under Schedule 1AA . Sections 43F and 43G were inserted, as from 10 August 2005, by section 29 Resource Management Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 87). See sections 131 to 135 of that Act as to the transitional provisions.
